I cheated last night, had some more mixed nuts and a few mixed drinks (low cal but no nutritional value whatsoever...). Shooting for a very low cal day with lots of fluids to make sure scale is happy tomorrow.
58.3 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
