I feel ya! I always gain right before, then it all falls off right after. Hang in there! Mother Nature is a B sometimes. :-)

I usually gain 5 to 6 pounds in water retention before and then it disappears!! So dont be discouraged by it ... stay on track with your eating,exercise(as best as possible),and drink your water!!!
