So easy to gain weight and so difficult to lose grrr

No alcohol, no junk food, no sugar, interval fasting
81.5 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
