Yup... On a downward trend. Not joining a gym, just going to figure out how to keep my body moving. The world will be my gym.

In my exercise room, I have a treadmill in front of a TV, a set of adjustable dumbbells (10-50) and a weight bench. [[[I will get down there starting this weekend, right now just enjoying the process of changing my diet without cutting out foods, just staying around 1800 calories and walking stairs is working for me]]

This is a positive move in the right direction and I am giving you a standing applaud for your choice to workout in your own sphere and not in a gym. Keep in mind I have nothing against gyms as I was a member at two different gyms at the same time and found it to be a waste of time and money. I even had a trainer who I loved because it was a constant challenge for me to do more than the middle of the road workout. Treadmill in front of TV is a good idea, but can I make a suggestion for you don't watch regular television get DVD's of movies to run instead. This way you won't be tempted by television commercials advertising food. It is amazing how many television commercials I see for Wendys, McDonalds, and Checkers and what's worst they are all within a 10 minute drive of my home. This is a suggestion that I put into place and it seems to work for me, better yet the time passes and I am into the movie so I don't even notice that I have pushed past my time limit and gotten in more workout time. Great for YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now stop talking and get moving. Moving forward in a positive way is the answer and it was in you all the time.

I don't have much time for TV when I get in so I usually watch a series on demand if I have an opportunity or even better a movie on demand but the series usually run for 40 minutes w/o commercials and I am working my way back up to movies that run 1hr and 20min which I will have to do on the weekends. I will get there. There are waaay too much food commercials on which is not good for a food addict. I am proud of my self and thanks for your support Transformation Butterfly. Thanks Mike.
