Since Thanksgiving 2014, I've been trying to eat fewer carbs, more protein, vegetables and good fats, per Dr. Perlmutter, author of Grain Brain.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
