No scale change. Confused but not giving in. Will keep adjusting.
112.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep at it Ches, frustrating as I know it is. Not going up for me but not going down either however I know from experience that sticking with it yields results in the end....just not as fast as we would like it to be. I'm drinking more water and keeping up my exercise.

The only thing worse than no change is an unexpected gain. I guess you got the lesser of the two evils. Keep at it, when you're doing all the right things a loss will be sure to follow.
