I used to use many various food logging apps for many years. I started not to be accurate with it (ate and didn’t log) and then I stopped tracking for 2 years and my weight has shot up. I convinced myself that it was too much to constantly track but now I realize it’s the only thing that keeps me on track and my weight stable if I am honest with it and I really try so now I’m using this app, a new one I haven’t used or seen before and hope that I can restart my journey back to weight loss because I am the heaviest I have been and I feel terrible.
