After a disappointing weigh in last week where I only lost 1lb, I wanted to do myself proud this week, and that’s exactly what I’ve done. I’m over the moon with this result, and I can say that I’ve officially lost over a stone now.

I’ve also finally started seeing some changes in myself. Clothes feel baggier and daily jobs aren’t such a struggle anymore. I’m also finding waking up and getting out of bed a lot easier too? Ready for another week 🫶🏼
95.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
