Ending my fast with my 'balance fibre' & last nights leftovers. Paneer butter curry & cauli rice 😋😋😋🤤 really pleased to see the number coming back down....
66.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
