finally i can say a prayer to the weight loss gods after breaking the 2 stone lost mark.. now then.. 3 stone loss to target now

122.6 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg. Still to go: 18.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 7 kg a Week
