I am not losing right now. Hovering in the same area a lot. Need to move more, eat better. LOL.

Hovering is better than gaining, so take it as a victory! For me, it sometimes I had to settle in at a weight for a bit and let my body get used to it before I could continue down

I am having to do the same. I have had hypoglycemia since my 30s and have had some near death experiences so I am actually a little afraid to be hungry as I usually worry that it is hypoglycemia and it often is. So I have to fret every calorie, every carb. I tend to over eat veggies. Most people don't have to worry about that but I have to worry about everything I eat.
