Another week and another 2lbs down! To be honest, 2lbs a week doesn’t feel like a huge loss each time, but at least it’s consistent and I’m still dropping weight! 👏🏼 I’d like to see bigger numbers, maybe next week? Still very happy with my progress ☺️
98.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
