Hi Morticiaaddam, if you like rice, and spice food. Korma is the mildest and Madras is the hottest. If you don't eat meat they do a vegetarian Curry. Give it a go. Try a friend's first then if you go for a meal you don't waste your money. Hooe your having a nice Monday. Merry Mel 🤩

Thanks to everyone. I have really cut back on carbs to where I am in the range my doctor wants me to be in. I tend to go carb crazy and it isn't a good idea when you have diabetes. Mine is in remission and I want to keep it that way. i am lower carb - not keto or Atkins but in the 75g-100g net carbs a day range.

Hello Morticiaaddams, I am hoping Tuesday because he has decided to come back in 3 months to have the revise. Because the doctors say his levels of waste are not going down so he is better off going to the loo properly. So Monday he will take over his decision with the doctors.
