Hello my lovely peeps feeling on top of the world now just managed (15min) none stop Walk feels amazing finally out of the state of lack of motivation & loss of momentum is over staying on Target cal intake think am back on track IF of course main meal later on thank you for helping me move forward without everyone’s kindness & support wouldn’t have bounced back I Luv u ❤️❤️❤️
76.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
