My 311 weight might have been from 2 days ago, today the scale reads 306.6 after three readings. I feel so accomplished! I can't look too far ahead or it gets hard for me mentally. If I stay in today I have a much more prominent peace about my journey.
Today I looked up recipes for the first time on my food plan and the very first one I found was simple and assuring that everything is falling into place very nicely.
