Switching to low glycemic today. did not remember the green foods and have been consuming a lot of foods such as watermelon and popcorn and lentils and peanut butter and walnuts, and sugar yogurt. I so just spent thie grocery money on the wrong things and will have to clear the pantry today of all of that. Beans are highly recommended and I have plenty of those.

The only thing thatnhas helped me not to explodenInthink is walking, so I want to keep that up. Also, I will be working in the lawn this week a couple hours a days, and that should help a lot. Also returning to strength straining.

Six weeks to lose 6.2 pounds. With God, all things are possible. Philippians 4:13.
