Just got back from 2 week vacation. Did a ton of walking, but I did eat bread, pasta, and some desserts when eating out. Gained some lbs from eating wrong foods.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
