I’ve lost 2lbs every week since starting this journey back in January, and I’m honestly so proud of myself. I know that some weeks I may not lose anything, or maybe I’ll put on, but at this moment, I’m so chuffed with how I’m doing! I’m looking forward to another week 🥳
99.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
