Thank you, everyone. I knuckled under and got back on the plan I know that works - cut back on calories and carbs. Keep getting my 10,000 plus steps in a day.

Great job! I missed this post somehow. I aim for at least 10k steps, but it is hard unless I go for a nice long walk.
