I get the blips. Back in July 2022 I started out great doing everything I promised myself to do. Cut all sugars and caffeine. I went to hot and cold herbal teas. Drank all my water, tracked my food intake, and exercised 3 to 4 times a week low impact. In September I had my bestest day ever. That evening everything came tumbling down. I took a major fall. Putting me back to square one. Took forever to get into physical therapy. Which helped some. Yesterday I decided I am getting back on my feet and I'm going to try again. I was losing inches and gaining muscle. I was feeling good. And I want that back.

@-Morticia: I have backslided too (backslid?) You are NOT alone! I am feeling pretty terrible about my failure of late. But you are brave! You have put the numbers on here and I am proud of you for doing that! I have been telling myself for a month that I will record the weight when I can DROP the extras!!! And the record will be CORRECT! So far - no go! I am going the wrong way! I commend you for your bravery and am inspired by your posts! Keep going!!!!! 💪 💯

Thank you MarilynMae2013 and 3dkids2. I lost sight of my goals and reasons for them. I got sloppy and rewarded myself with food. Not a real option for me if I want to prevent complications and be able to take care of my hubby.
