😕 probably because I have not been keeping track much and thinking I’m within my calories, plus I’ve had quite big portion sizes and although healthy I’ve had quite a few snacks that add up!
Goals this week: Track EVERYTHING Smaller portions Less salt

This is true, I’m sure it will. I sleep really well every night and exercise has taken a nose dive so hopefully this week will be better!! 😙
