Today is the day that I finally get up off my -ss and get back on track . It amazes me that I have wasted 12 months of hard slog to put it all back on again.
I admit I have a problem and I know where it comes from . So time to stop blaming others. And take back the control . Only I can do something about this .
97.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
