I feel heavy and slow but can feel my confidence with fitness growing slowly again, starting to build so consistency to now 😃

There you go. I’m on a wee break but weight was static when I weighed on Saturday before I left. Cardiovascular fitness makes all the difference doesn’t it? Hope you’re good?

Consistency is where I'm lacking in Cardio. Reading this is helping to give me the 'kickstart' I need. Cardio'vascular' fitness...get that blood pumping...use it or lose it... That's what I'm hearing !!! Thanks Ad, Thanks Suma ❣️
