Trying to keep it steady in order to go all out with the exercise when my motivation & energy returns. Felt nothing but tired for last 3 weeks. Had a couple of ‘goodies’ this week but unlike before (8months ago) I don’t regret eating them. Because I know I work hard in my diet and exercise to maintain and be healthy. Girls gotta enjoy herself now and again ☺️
72.1 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
