I took a one week break from diet and exercise between Christmas and New Year's. It has taken me 2 weeks of a strict calorie deficit and daily cardio sessions to see progress again. Cutting out salt helps.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
