Down to 224.8 after some Warrior Diet recovery eating. This was about my weight on Christmas morning, so the post-holiday recovery is finally underway.
102.0 kg Lost so far: 45.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
