I made my mini goal for the month of 250lbs, well I'm .4 over but it's close enough for me. I over ate during the holidays like a lot of people. I didn't really eat too bad just too much. I also wasn't in the mood to log my foods so I didn't. I'm back on the wagon now. I'm also taking in psyllium fiber which has caused some weight fluctuation which I think is water retention. I still haven't gone back to the gym since I'm helping my wife close a business and we're busy selling inventory.

I just need to make it through the next month or so and I should be good.
113.6 kg Lost so far: 31.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
