Well. Happy New Year!! If this is my gain after 2 weeks not tracking and choosing to eat a few more carbs than I normally would, then I'm THRILLED!! back on keto and intermittent fasting today, totally ready to continue my journey back to my 'best me'! 🙏🏼👍🏼😎🤩
