In October, I managed to damage my ankle and whilst getting it checked out, the medic diagnosed severe high blood pressure. Unfortunately, I had to stop seeing my PT and the result has been increased snacking and weight gain. I’m still struggling with the ankle so I need to focus on getting my diet right. Here we go. Happy new year everyone.
