Starting the year exceeding my Goal weight which I set last April to lose 3 stone.
3 stone and 3 pounds lost 👍🏼 5lb left to my newest goal which I set in Nov/December 2022. Here’s to another year of happiness, positive lifestyle choices and making memories 🤞🏼
72.1 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
