To be fair Ive not had much of an appetite so haven’t gone overboard on all the usual Christmas treats. Eating the odd choccie and being kind to myself by not feeling guilty about what I do eat has been my habit this year. Christmas is once a year, but the ability, motivation, or necessity to lose weight and improve health is always going to be there, so don’t beat yourself up if you put on over Christmas 💜
