I really don't understand my body... yesterday I had so many biscuits, some cake and ate not great meals and somehow the number on the scale went down. The last two months have been chaotic as moving home and not working out, tending to baby, packing, unpacking, staying at in-laws, eating loadsa junk and crappy meals (I mean takeout very often!) surprisingly I haven't put on a lot of weight since my proper weigh in (gained 1.8kg). But when I'm working out 5 times a week, eating well within calories and have one bad day I can put on a kg or two over night! 😩
83.4 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A female monthly cycle can also impact your weight.. lot of other things too.. so not every gram up and down is actual game or loss. But, don't worry too much, you are doing great overall 😉
