First post Christmas weigh in. Got back from Ireland yesterday and really happy I only put on around 2kgs considering the amount of fantastic food I was enjoying. I didn't have any weights with me so I was doing a considerably larger amount of steps on my walks which I think helped offset the extra Kcals.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
