Working on trying to get to my mini goal for the month of 250. It's within reach just got to watch the over eating. It is getting more difficult as my body is starting to resist the weight loss. It's getting to the point where I have stalled the last two times I've lost a serious amount of weight. Just got to keep pushing through and may need to readjust my RDI. I can do this!
114.4 kg Lost so far: 30.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It sounds like your body is getting in to a rhythm. Look at your chart, it's in a mostly downward spiral. That is what we all want. Most of us have a chart that looks like a roller coaster with ups and downs. When your body loses a large amount of weight, it may take time to adjust. I know someone who would 4 pounds, gain the next week, lose the next, gain the next week, lol. It was how her body lost weight. As you get closer to goal, the weight will naturally slow down because you have less fat to lose. It's normal. Just keep doing what you are doing and living your life. You will eventually get to where you want to be. You might need to change things up eventually, but you are doing great right now.
