Well no change but that is good because I really didn't workout a lot this week due to my back being screwed up But I will start Insanity all over again on Sunday so next week should see some reduction as long as I can make it through Thanksgiving
87.5 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
