Not been in a great space for along time now . Let myself go and I know that is not the answer . But me I always self distruct . Then turn and run. Never will I learn , I am hoping I can at least tey and over come this . STARTING TODAY,YES AND THIS SIDE OF THE HOLIDAYS AND I AM PLANNING ON DOING THE SAME THROUGHOUT THE FESTIVE SEASON TOO . WISH ME LUCK , I AM GOING TO NEED IT .

Eat what you like AND cut the portions by half. you will lose.

good luck, remember you can do this! day by day, Being too hard on yourself sometimes has the opposite effect (well it does for me)
