It’s official - I’ve lost 20 lbs!!! Feeling v proud of myself right now it’s been abit of a staggered road but I’m getting closer and closer to a healthy weight 💜

74.8 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg. Still to go: 5.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week
