Due to being unwell for the last 2 weeks with the flu, unfortunately I’ve had to eat and eat to feed this cold and recover. But it’s ok, I’ll lose it once I’m feeling better. Not 100% yet so maybe a few more days.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
