Day 2 of my weight loss for the week. Now I expect my weight to go up by a couple of pounds over the next few days, hold steady for a couple of days and then drop over 2 days about this time next week.

I need to get back in the habit of exercising again. My body is becoming too efficient at my current calorie level. I'll either need to drop my intake again or burn more calories through exercise or my weight loss will stall. It's amazing how much a body fights weight loss.
116.5 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I here you I also do it that way stall for 3 or 4 days fast a day then get back on track. good luck to you
