Good morning... Well a good start to the day weighed in this morning and out of the 13st zone with a nice little loss so am happy with the way things are going now🙂 This will also be my 9th weekend without alcohol and tbh i'm not missing it one bit... I'm in the right head space now and feeling good about myself for the 1st time in a long time🙏🏻 Hope you all have a good weigh in too and enjoy your weekend whatever your doing 👍🏻😉

Thanks Nadia for the support... Am not sure if ive given up for good but defo enjoy waking up with a clear head on a Saturday and Sunday morning "nothing worse than an hangover" and it's done wonders for me... I know now that i can discipline myself and go without every weekend x
