NSV is that I ate two slices of pizza last night after a long, hard day of work instead of 3 or 4! 🙄 hahah! 😃 I'm at least keeping consistent with recording both what I eat and the scale report. Have a good day!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Liv! It was a beautiful, wonderful adventure! It was fun to find a Tim's, but so strange to see! I'm so thankful we got this break!

Ya know, my weight always goes up a pound after certain foods, like pizza. I think it must be salt.

Great work with portion control. It's not like you will never have pizza - it is about how we can control portions that make the food plan sustainable

Pizza is my weakness. Have not had any in awhile. Will indulge in cauliflower crusted pizza. When that craving hits.😊

Thanks guys! No weight lost this week, but my goal was to record everything. I did that, so that is a step! Thank you, Maine coon and Princess. A good memory... Selfie while watching the sunset in Madrid. Eva had told us to go to this particular spot here there is an ancient temple high up with a vista of the city. We hustled and made it just a few minutes before the sun went down! Sooo beautiful!
