Kept my caloric intake below my caloric expenditure but still gained a pound.
Hormones? Changes in daylight hours?
I'm not really that concerned because I want to maintain weight and hopefully gain a couple pounds of muscle between now and new years.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
