I had a friend over yesterday. He brought me marzipan and cheetos. I had a pack of milo cookies and a pack of crackers for breakfast. Couldn't resist the marzipan and had like four. They were big pieces. I also had a big the last of the beers I brought from Mexico with him. It was a 473ml spicy beer. Anyway... it's ok to get derailed for one day. I will do better today and in the future. Overall I lost two kg during the week so it's not that bad.
