Hello everyone. October was not a good month for me. I had covid followed by flu. All month I eat, and spent in the bed . Of course did not do any of exercises, or any of walking. Soooooo, it is why I did gain so much weight. 😢 I was soooooo close to my first target 🎯 ( at the time I was 90.8kg !!!! ) and now.... 😢 You can all be agree with me that IT IS REALLY CLOSE TO THE TARGET 🎯.... BUT never mind. 😊 I can't stop here. I still need to loose weight. After covid I have got some complications and I am taking things easy now. But I hope even with slow progress to loose some weight even if its takes longer. But, we will get there! 😉
