Happy Friday!!!

Yesterday was a beautiful fall day so I went running in the park. I did 2 miles without stopping even though my pace was kind of slow. I finished my routine with walking and one more running lap. It felt good to be out on such a nice day.

This was one of the few days I worked out this week. My work has gotten pretty crazy with long hours trying to get a new application deployed and running. By the end of the day I'm usually pretty worn out. Trying to control my eating but that has become a challenge also, overeating is the issue. This means I'll take whatever weight loss I can right now until things settle down. I need to stop the excuses and get back to my workout routine and get my eating under control.
118.3 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 27.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
