WHAT THE F..., was back to work this week so lots of walking, stayed off the sweet stuff n this happens obviously had plenty I shouldn't of, feel like bingeing good and proper, I even put new batteries in my scales it went up not down 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
79.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.7 kg a Week

Don’t let the scales dictate to you.. muscle weighs more than fat, maybe you’ve gained some muscle!!

omg Heather, I'm not gonna lie, that's a lot for 1 week, c'mon Mrs u can sort it, don't go into panic mode tho, just try and b good next week, if u try and up the protein and keep away from the sweet stuff u can get rid of half of that next week. Good luck my lovely xx

Don’t let the scales affect you they are evil buggers! Think about your clothes, how do they feel? Focus on the positives of last week 👍

Sparky, I know we have to try and b positive but u don't gain 6lbs of muscle just like that, it would take months of hard work and dedication, sometimes we just need to be honest and find out where we have gone wrong xx

Oh dear, never mind Heatherboardman you will bounce back, we all go up and down. I started off 115 lbs 3 years ago and only needed to lose a pound. 😂🤣😅 3 years later still here. So not to worry!!. Have a lovely Saturday much love Merry Mel ❤️

I have sleep aponea and insomnia. Finding it difficult to lose weight. Eating less but it's so hard. Hoping the hospital can sort me out x
