Thanks everyone! @D33_ I just follow a keto way of eating, suits me. Feel so much better in my whole self with no sugar. Weight loss is almost just a bonus side effect! I also skip breakfast, only have 2 meals a day. Just not hungry in a morning as a consequence of reducing my carbs, burning ketones, reduces your appetite naturally 🙌🏼💪🏼👏🏼
