Just "Huel" yesterday, really makes it easy to hit my macros and lose or gain weight comfortably and consistently(bit boring though). Can't believe I'm so close to my 75 goal.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 33.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
