I think it's the dark mornings and cold weather Addison5712. Doesn't make you crave a nice big plate of salad loo xx

Maybe Tiesha, I must admit I have reduced the amount of Salad I'm eating in favour of soup or a sandwich which obviously has more carbs xx.
