EXCELLENT CHEST WORKOUT yesterday. I still wasn't feeling to well and didn't know how my workout would go, but I shot my Clout pre-workout supplement anyways and headed to the gym. I thank M.A.N. supplements for making such a great product, because it gave me what I needed to be happy with what I did. Good start to today so far, no nasty messages from the boss and my class is really participating well today at work. Makes for a good and fun class!

What do you do panther? I am a part-time adjunct at a community college near me, so I know all about how an energetic class makes for a fun day!

I am the training & development coordinator for a non-profit developmental disability organization called "starkey" here in wichita. When my company hires people, those new hires have around 8 or 9 different trainings they must complete (CPR/FA, Orientation, MANDT, etc..). I train those classes, set them up for recertification classes with me in the future, and of course handle ALLL of that dang paperwork (inputting them in the database, communicating with the Red cross about who completed class, etc.). My job can be really great somedays, other days not so great. I guess thats the norm though. I for sure have the training bone in my body, I just think it would be better served helping people achieve their health goals (currently working on getting those certifications). i think being a trainer makes you and excellent student as well, because you know how hard it can be to be up there training with a DULL class!

Yay for Staff Education! I work in HR/Staff Education & Training as well! I moreso handle HR issues, but I help run our General Orientation. I also am in a non-profit- it's a behavioral hospital AKA a psych ward!!! Def makes for interesting stories, keeps us all on our toes. Glad you're having a good day Panther!

Interesting thing happening here in kansas. They are shutting down all the behavioral hospitals and distributing the people in them to community non-profits like the one I work at. Funding is getting pounded in our field :(

We had a state funded program here in the hospital that just got shut down. It's left us scrambling to replace the employees who worked there and at a hiring freeze. Which means, I have tons of FS time because we're not bringing anyone new on!!!

I love the teaching gig as well! I know teach 3 classes for them, Computer Security Fundamentals, Database Fundamentals, and Computer Fundamentals. Sometime the FUN part of that is a stretch, especially for security...a very dry topic. The hubby is a medical programs coordinator and instructor. So he gets all the joy of teaching and all the drudgery of the red tape.
